Time to change my life!!
On May 1, 2010 I am setting out on a challenging adventure. I am overweight (not just because I had twins 5 months ago) but because I have always been overweight. I want to be confident and proud of the way I look. Just hearing my husband say that he thinks I am beautiful is not enough. I want to feel it myself! Yes I will admit, I want people to stare and say, "Dang, she looks good!" I want to be healthy for my family. I was not raised in a household where healthy eating or exercise was important at all. Seeing how chunky my kids are at 5 months makes me want to gain the knowledge I need to teach them how to live a healthy life. I am nervous about this adventure. I am so scared. I want to be able to just set a goal, and achieve it, but I am no fool. I know there are going to be hard days and I am going to fail...well not fail...maybe back track is a better word. I know that I am going to give it all I got and I hope that I will have people around me to hold me accountable and keep motivating me to keep on trucking!! So I am going to post a before picture of how I look now. In one month I will post another one and update everyone on my stats. It scares me to give people truthful facts about my body...but I think that if I put it out there, it will motivate me to get the numbers down! I will blog about the challenges I face and my feelings of the entire event! Please keep me in your prayers guys! I am ready to change my life!

Baby Dedication
On April 10, 2010 my hubby and I had our boys dedicated. Everyone always asks what that is and it basically is a ceremony that holds my hubs and I accountable for raising our kids in a Godly way. (That is the very short version of it). We had carefully chose two families to be Godparents. Each would serve different meanings. We chose Scott & Mish (Scott is my cousin and Mish is his wife and my BFF) and then we chose Aaron's sister Crystal and her hubby Cameron. We could not have chose better people to support us in this journey. Both couples give us so much guidance and we are super confident that they will support our kids. After the dedication we had a ton of people over to celebrate. Our good friend Heather made two AMAZING cakes for us. Not only were they decorated to the tee, they were sooo tasty! Dylan's was Dulce de Leche and Brayden's was Berry! Get it....D gets D and B gets B??!! =) My mama made some AMAZING rigatoni with italian sausage too! So many people chipped in to help make the party a success. Thank you to everyone who helped out!

My two studs
Dylan saying his nightly prayer!
Brayden in his new Baby Einstein Jumper!
Sweet Dylan
At their Grandpa's retirement party
Dilly Willy!
Sweet Brayden Boy!
I know that every parent thinks their kids are the cutest....but I really really think my boys are the best thing ever! Each and every day they learn something new. Brayden is so fascinated with his right hand and laughs hysterically when his Dad yells, "Pizza, Pizza, Pizza!" Dylan laughs all the time and gets a huge smile when we make eye contact. He laughs every time he sees his brother crying! I can only imagine how they are going to be in a few more months! I am sad because both boys are probably going to have to wear a helmet because they have deformed skulls. The doctor said at their 6 month check up they are going to be reevaluated. Please keep my little lovies in your prayers!
Babies 1st Easter
Well my boys are growing fast and they melt my heart each and every day! Easter Sunday was a great day! We went to Church and heard a great message. We went to hang with some fam and later had some friends over. Pretty low key and thats how we like it! I love that we had all 3 boys and that the Easter Bunny came! Like always he hid the baskets in the backyard! Big brother Christian had to help his little bros out and gather their baskets! Life is good!
