I commend you for trying while having twins. KUDOS! You are strong!<br /><br />This is what I suggest. When going grocery shopping, grab snacks you can put in your car, and in your diaper bag. Trail mix, dry healthy cereal (in a zip lock) to eat while you're unable, for whatever reason,to grab a full meal. I do this when I'm on the run, and I suddenly realize I have no time to grab a healthy meal, so I chow down on trail mix, and healthy options that will get me over that hump. Sometimes, instead of coffee, I put milk (2% or fat free)and ice in a cup that keeps it cold for longer, and drink that when I have a craving for crap food. It gives you enough time to focus on the right choices, vs the choices your stomach craves!<br /><br />I hope this helps. I was surprised to learn it's not all that bad! Keep it up, you're doing great!! <br /><br />A couple weeks ago I started using the bender ball. IRS only about 15 minutes but works great!! That might be easy to do while the boys nap. You can buy it online I think.
